A good industrial cleaning definition might be: 'The cleaning and maintaining of any large building that is not mainly a lot of offices, but machinery, equipment running most of the time and a lot of people doing the things that make you money.
Does that mean we have the trained, insured and bonded personnel who can clean your manufacturing plant? Yes. This means that your facility will be cleaned and made ready for business each morning. It means the floors will be swept and cleaned with the equipment that can handle this easily. Before that, of course, all shelving will be scheduled for phase dusting and wet cleaned for any spills that are visible. Before we get to the floor, we will instruct our crew to do any high dusting that is scheduled for that evening. This means using dusters and back-pac vacuums to help eliminate any debris from falling onto your processing equipment. It also involves the use of ladders, scissor lifts and/or boom trucks. Our trained and certified personnel will maneuver this equipment through your plant safely. All equipment will be draped before this happens, because, of course, things do happen. |

Cleaning in place is what we do best. The industrial equipment cleaning we offer means you do not have to worry about what is done to your plant machinery. Most standard equipment is long established in our training sessions. Specialty equipment will require a session with your facility manager and then, we are off and running, following all industry standards and any site specific rules you list for us.

This is especially true for food and chemical processing plants. The large mixing units or blenders that are used for these industries need the detail cleaning that must be accomplished every night and often between batches. The room they are in often must be cleaned from top to bottom for many of the same reasons. The main reason being to help eliminate cross contamination.
Industrial Janitorial services include the areas that are not completely devoted to machinery. This includes the lobby and restrooms, as well as any break rooms and employee kitchen areas.
